Users
Users in SolveFit Tracker are therapists, practitioners, or any individuals involved in delivering a service to their patients, clients, or customers. Different user roles carry different levels of access and responsibility.
User roles
Practitioners
Independent users who see only their own clients. Can add clients, soft-delete clients, add, edit, and delete sessions, and see all data for their own caseload. Have restricted access to behind-the-scenes areas of the system.
Therapists
The same permissions as practitioners, but can also see data for other clients in their group or practice. Useful in shared-caseload or peer supervision contexts.
Managers
All the abilities of practitioners and therapists, plus supervisory responsibility. Can add new users, promote practitioners to manager status, treat any client in their team, and assign or reassign clients between practitioners.
System Administrators
Managers with system-wide responsibilities. Can add clients, new teams, practitioners, therapists, managers, and other system administrators. Responsible for the overall structure of the system.
SuperUsers
Unrestricted access to the entire system, including the measures storage, measure builder, and events log. Should only be assigned to users with a thorough understanding of the system.
Single-user systems
In single-user systems, all users are at practitioner level. The higher-level roles are not available in single-user configurations.
Bespoke systems
Within bespoke systems, users with varying levels of access and permissions can be created to match the exact structure of your service. Please discuss your requirements during your installation survey so we can configure the right role structure from the start.
