Is there really no credit card needed for the free trial?
Correct. We believe you should be able to properly evaluate SolveFit Tracker before making any financial commitment. Your free 14-day trial is completely obligation-free.
How quickly can I be up and running?
New individual and small group instances are typically provisioned within 72 hours of your enquiry. Large organisation instances require an initial specification scoping session but are set up as quickly as possible thereafter.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Individual plans are per-user. Small group plans allow additional users at £275/user up to 9 users. Large organisation plans add users pro rata with volume discounts applied.
What measures are included?
All plans include access to our full library of validated clinical measures including PHQ-9, GAD-7, CORE-10, CORE-OM, ORS, SRS, WEMWBS, and many more. Dedicated installations can also host custom instruments.
Is my patient data safe?
Absolutely. We comply with GDPR and hold Cyber Essentials certification. All text data is encrypted, two-factor authentication is available, and each instance is backed up daily. See our Security page for full details.
