Clients

Clients provide the data used in SolveFit Tracker by completing measures with respect to the area of interest or concern. Working with clients always starts at the client list — the home page when you log in.

What clients do in the system

The system includes questionnaires designed to monitor clients' reactions under a variety of psychological conditions. Clients complete these measures — either in session with their practitioner or remotely via secure email links — generating the data that tracks their progress through treatment.

The client journey

A client's path through the system typically follows this sequence:

  1. First contact — screened for potential problems
  2. Second session — condition assessed, treatment planned, assigned to therapist
  3. Further sessions — condition treated, response to therapy recorded at each session
  4. As treatment closes — condition recorded in detail to assess success
  5. Follow-up sessions — as many as required
  6. Case closed — when the episode of treatment is completed

Note

Different system configurations may include different types of sessions (supervision, review, etc.).

Problems and goals-based outcomes

SolveFit Tracker customises measures to the specific needs of each client through problems questionnaires and goals-based outcomes — in the client's own language. The system also captures salient demographic data such as age, gender, medication, and living arrangements, providing a fuller picture of the client's context.

Privacy and security

SolveFit Tracker is built with privacy at its core:

  • The permission structure ensures each practitioner has access only to their own clients
  • Practice managers have access to all clients in their practice
  • Superusers can access all clients across the system
  • We recommend using a pseudonym for extra privacy
  • SolveFit Tracker does not record identifiable personal information other than mobile phone number and email address — both of which are stored encrypted

Single-user systems

In single-user systems, screening and reallocation of practitioners between clients is not available. All users in single-user systems are at practitioner level.
