Client Summary

The client summary provides a complete overview of the journey of the client through treatment to date — all on one page.

Overview

The client summary, accessed by the Summary tab, provides a complete overview of the journey of the client through treatment to date. Having a summary on one page allows you to get a comprehensive overview of everything concerning that client's journey. This is of great help in reflective practice, supervision or in the provision of reports to a referrer.

Exporting the summary

The summary information can be downloaded and exported as a CSV file (download button top right) and then opened in programmes like Excel or Google Sheets. Equally, the page can be printed from your browser, either as a PDF or as a hard copy. The fields that display here on the summary page are relevant to this particular client.

Client profile

The relevant demographic data from client profile is displayed at the top of the summary.

Session scores

Beneath the profile section are all the important treatment dates and the measure scores at those treatment dates.

Problems & Goals

The particular problems and goals identified by the client (if this facility has been used) and entered into the system are displayed.

Notes

All client notes, captured both on the client profile page and all subsequent session pages, are presented here at the end of the summary page. This provides easy access to all relevant information for the client.

Messages

The secure internal messaging system within SolveFit Tracker allows practitioners to communicate with each other about any particular client. When a client is referred to in a message the message details are captured here on the summary page too for reference.

Archiving closed cases

Health records typically need to be retained for at least 7 years. We recommend that you consider creating an archive of your closed cases using this summary page — by either printing to PDF or hard copy and securely storing.
